In the Aarova Rallysprint, Andy Lefevere took the wheel of Peter Demeyere’s historic BMW and rather unexpectedly, this will also be the last race of the season. “We have indeed sold our Lancer and are now looking forward to the debut with the Porsche GT3.”
“At Peter Demeyere’s request, I again drove his BMW, a very fun and entertaining car. The rally went smoothly thanks to the efforts of the VADA Racing team. .” said Andy Lefevere who, together with co-pilot Peter Demeyere, finished handsomely second in this rally sprint. “Paul Lietaer was a class too strong, but the main thing is that we had a good time and afterwards Peter was able to take the car back home without a scratch…”
With the sale of the Mitsubishi Lancer, the season is over for Andy Lefevere. “I was already signed up for the Hemicuda, but will only be there to do service for the new owner… We are now focusing 100% on the Porsche that we want to go out with in 2019.“
